Located atop Nui Nho (Tao Phung), the statue stands 32 meters tall with an arm span of 18.4 meters. Construction began in 1974, and inside are 133 steps leading to the statue’s shoulders, accommodating up to 100 visitors at once. Recognized in 2012 as the largest Jesus statue in Asia, it serves as both a spiritual landmark and a popular tourist attraction. Most of the materials used were sourced domestically, except for imported white cement. Visitors must climb around 1,000 steps to reach the site.
