Mui Nghinh Phong is one of the most impressive destinations in Vung Tau for travelers who love natural scenery and taking photos. Located in the south of Bai Sau, at the foot of Nho Mountain, this cape extends far into the sea, offering a spacious and breezy atmosphere with sea winds all year round.

The name “Nghinh Phong” means “welcoming the wind” — and indeed, this is where sea and sky winds converge. The most iconic feature at Mui Nghinh Phong is the yellow-painted “Heaven’s Gate” along the path leading to the sea, a popular photo spot among young travelers. Through this gate, you can see the vast ocean with Bai Sau curving gracefully on one side and the small Hon Ba islet visible in the distance.

Mui Nghinh Phong has fresh air and pristine scenery, ideal for walking, relaxing, or watching the sunrise and sunset. Especially in the afternoon, sunlight shining through the gate creates an enchanting view. You can also walk down a small path by the cliff to reach a quiet, hidden beach beneath the cape — little known but incredibly peaceful and beautiful.
